    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Bill and I thank Hon. Neto for coming up with it. It is going to do much when it comes to the records and information management of our health services. When you look at the regulations that will have to regulate the health records and information managers who are going to be in charge of the records in our health services throughout the country and, more so, in our counties--- In the past, there are many cases that have come up in the country where we have had a number of issues that were difficult for us to know what really happened. One of the cases was in Busia and another in Kakamega where we lost a number of children due to malaria.
