    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support the Bill by Hon. Agostinho Neto. The objects of the Bill give me a lot of pleasure to support it. The Bill provides for the training, registration and licensing of health records and information managers. Not just anybody will keep records for medical practitioners.
