    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, it is true that it is a serious allegation. I will check the authenticity of this letter. It is signed but it is upon the Chair also to check the authenticity. If, indeed, it is true that it involves allegations that have been mentioned by hon. Karua, then my duty is very simple. I will ask the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Director to investigate this matter thoroughly and then later on, report what has come out. Since what is included in that letter seems to be very sensitive, we are going to do whatever it takes to investigate this matter and report to this House."
