If there are particular issues either touching on the welfare of members of staff, Members of Parliament, or the institution of Parliament in general, I plead that these issues be addressed in a different forum. I am afraid, where we are seated right now might not serve the purpose at hand. I would like to request that these issues be referred to a Kamukunji."
