    "content": "pastoralists have spent more money in buying firearms than in taking their children to school. You cannot blame them for that. If you look at the accepted ratio of policemen to citizens in the pastoral areas, there is no presence of police officers or security agencies in the region. That leaves those people very vulnerable and exposed. As such, they have taken it upon themselves to take care of themselves. But this poses another danger of criminals and armed militia taking advantage of the same. If the Government will invest in tracking those firearms, I want to believe that the citizens of this country will be safer and sanity in the security sector will be realized."
