    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to second the amendment by Hon. Korir because tracking here means that you want to find out when a gun is used illegally. In our police force, we have quite a number of specialised units. They comprise of plain clothed policemen, special crime policemen and the Flying Squad. They are so many. If this Motion is going to be implemented the way it is and for instance criminals are able to track the officers, those special crime prevention units or specialised units will not be safe. If we are tracked through guns, we will not be safe. I want to support this amendment. If we amend the Motion as per Hon. Korir’s way, it will be okay."
