    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, my colleague did not get me clearly. I did not say that boda boda riders are the ones who are killing people. I am saying that you will find people with firearms hiring motorcycles and killing people on the streets of Nairobi. It is not, therefore, the boda boda riders who are involved in those instances. As I continue with my contribution, it is important if this Motion is passed, we should have monitoring units even at the constituency level so that we are able to nab those criminals with ease and within a very short time. That way, we will curb the insecurity that is going on in this country. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute and support Hon. Munyaka in bringing this Motion."
