Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to voice my opinion and support this timely Motion that has come to address the concerns of Kenyans, especially at this moment when we are going through very difficult times. Technology has come in handy and it can be used in both negative and positive ways. We are going to embrace technology for the good of the country and the safety of the people.
