    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support the Motion by Hon. (Dr.) Victor Munyaka. I am a Member of the Implementation Committee. Looking at the Motion, the way it is framed and the advice that has always come from Hon. Speaker, it means that the Clerk needs to do more as we approach the changing of our Standing Orders.
