    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to acknowledge all the Members who have contributed to this Motion. I want to assure the House that as we move to the next level, we are going to take into account all the observations and comments that are geared towards improving the format of the Motion when it gets to the next level. As all of us are aware, the intent and spirit of this Motion is to eventually improve the management, control and be able to track the movement of every gun in this county. For all purposes, this is going to improve the state of security and bring down crime particularly crime that is related to the use of guns."
