    "content": "standardized curriculum, training and method of certification for emergency medical services is fundamental in this country. The standardization of the curriculum, training and certification should cut across various levels of emergency medical services personnel and institutions in this country. We need basic equipment in all public institutions. We should also know people who can handle and manage emergencies accordingly. Factors that need to be considered include evaluating what we have at the moment and coming up with training programmes and certifications so that our public health institutions are up to date. We should also have a coordinated mechanism of handling emergencies. The importance of such a curriculum and trained personnel in Kenya cannot be underscored. I beg to move. I would like to request Hon. (Dr.) Kibunguchy to second the Motion."
