    "content": "As we debate this Motion, we know that Article 43(2) of our Constitution is very clear that a person shall not be denied emergency medical treatment. As a country, we have to emphasize this. Recently, it was publicized in the newspapers that a young man who was involved in an accident stayed in an ambulance for 18 hours. I would like to commend the people who were in that ambulance otherwise he could have died much earlier than 18 hours. He was denied treatment and yet that was an emergency case. I know that matter is being handled. It should serve as an example to this country that nobody should be denied emergency medical treatment.
