    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. First, I thank Hon. (Dr.) Susan for bringing this Motion in the House. Everybody has been looking at it. In fact, emergency cases in our hospitals are many and they are unattended. Many of our people die sometimes because of diseases that could have been treated. I thank Hon. Susan and the Seconder, Hon. Kibunguchy, who has said that the Government needs to look at the health sector again and how it is being handled by the devolved governments."
