    "content": " Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting county assembly staff from Lamu County. The County Assembly staff is here on a one week attachment programme. They will be attached to the Directorate of Committee Services, the Directorate of Legislative and Procedural Service and the Directorate of Information and Research Services. I request each one of them to stand when called out so that they may be acknowledged in our great Senate tradition.
