    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the National Chamber of Commerce of Nandi and the civil society for bringing this Petition to us. We indeed encourage all Kenyans to be doing that. This shows that the systems at the county level are not working. These are some of the things that ought to be settled at the county level; by the county assembly or the county governments. Therefore, there is realization that the Senate is the fall back position, which is good realization for the place of this Senate in the well-being of this country."
