    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to join other Members of the Senate in appreciating Nandi County. Nandi County is setting the pace and I would like other counties to emulate them. There are many counties suffering from the same problem but it is only that for fear of the unknown, they are not able to come out forthright to tell us what is ailing the counties.
