"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to join my colleagues in supporting and encouraging the groups from Nandi who have raised the Petition to the Senate. This Petition is very important because it touches on very pertinent issues like corruption and wastage of funds in the county. It is our job to oversight and when an issue like this comes to the House, it is our duty to make sure that we look at it critically and take corrective measures. Other counties should follow suit. We are having many problems and the country is facing a cash crunch. Therefore, issues of corruption and wastage of funds should be taken seriously by this House and we should come out and pronounce ourselves."
