If we have to vote, the three of us who are elected can lead our delegations. Sen. Mugo and Sen. Omondi can be nominated to lead the delegation of Nairobi and Kakamega counties respectively. I move under Standing Order No. 54 (3) that we defer putting of the question of voting on this matter to the following day."
