The pronouncement is that all the four proposals have the effect of negating the Presidential Memorandum. Therefore, we will require a two-thirds majority for the amendments by the Committee to go through. I will give an opportunity to the Chair. I can see that the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has something to say. I will give a few Members a chance."
