    "content": "Hon. Members, you are elected to make laws in this House. I was also elected to make law. I am a Chairman of a Committee that has 29 Members. There is no way a Cabinet Secretary can advise the President to rubbish 100 per cent of the amendments which the Committee has done: 349 Members cannot be wrong unless you admit that we are fools in this House. I want the House to rise and take back its power because some people are taking it through the back door."
