    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am just taking cue from your words. This House cannot sit in vain. The Speaker has pronounced himself; that for us to make any changes to what the President has recommended, we require the support of two-thirds of the membership of this House. Will I be in order, under the circumstances, therefore, to suggest that this House adjourns until we get a two-thirds majority? We cannot sit here, pretending that we are legislating and yet we cannot do it. Given what the Speaker has said, we should adjourn and get the numbers before we start transacting this business. Otherwise, we make it impossible for that business to continue."
