    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This matter will keep recurring and raising temperatures for no reason. Therefore, by way of paraphrasing what Hon. Wandayi has just said, I would plead that the Committee that reviews the Standing Orders looks at the relevant Standing Orders again to ensure that, if at all we will be going through Presidential Memoranda, we insist that we have the two-thirds majority in the House first. That would require an amendment to the Standing Orders. This is something we need to do because as the saying goes, “you make laws for posterity and not expediency”. If we relook at the Standing Orders, we might cure this problem once and for all."
