I do not know who those people are because the recommendations that have been brought by the President are for this House to consider and make a decision on. Therefore, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo, as a seasoned parliamentarian in this House, is completely out of order to insinuate that the Government seeks to collect revenue for it to be stolen.
