    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is, indeed, true that we visited the quarries as stated by the Assistant Minister. The only thing she probably needs to do is to give a timeframe within which these actions are expected to take place. We visited the sites on 10th February, 2011. It is now almost two months since then. Therefore, we need to know the timeframe within which action will be taken. Secondly, since she now understands that these problems emanate from all the quarries in Thika, which are over 100, could she undertake to carry out a similar inspection on the other quarries? She has been told that the problems are similar in all the quarries."
