    "content": "I do not agree with these reservations, but because the President has a role to play, there should be consideration that the National Assembly has a bigger role and it has put in a lot of time and energy to come up with this legislation. It is not fair for a few people to sit in the Executive and come up with amendments knowing very well that we will not reach the threshold of the two-thirds majority."
