"content": "Of course, the President is given powers also to make nominations of Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and ambassadors but he will only appoint them after approval by this National Assembly, which is not in the Executive. So, in a sense, we participate in that Executive function of the appointment of those specific officers who are specified in the Constitution.
