The presentation of this Bill to the House is timely as it will regulate the manufacture and processing of petroleum products, as well as regulate its business. Hon. Speaker, I would like to specifically comment on two parts of this Bill: Part 6, which deals with the local content, and Part 8, which deals with environment, health and safety."
