    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute on this very important Bill. It touches on a very important matter of the country as far as wealth creation of the nation is concerned. Hon. Deputy Speaker, without repeating what previous speakers have dwelt on, oil exploitation brings in serious monies into the country. If you look at what has happened with any other exploitation all over the world, you will find that the companies which tend to exploit or invest are international companies. Some are based in Europe and others in America. In the case of oil, it is the countries, or companies, which are familiar with this sort of trade."
