    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with what Se. Haji has said. However, I discount the issue of Tanzanian laws because they are violating fundamental rights of citizens. Tanzania is a signatory to the UN Charter on Fundamental Human Rights. The consolation though is that this matter has attracted the attention of the outgoing President of the Republic of Tanzania. Mr. Gichana’s family and some of us who have been following this will follow it even more aggressively to its logical conclusion. I appreciate and thank the Committee, though they took a lot of time. I can see the light at the end of tunnel."
