    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this matter had been raised with the Head of State of Tanzania. It will not help much by calling Kenya’s Attorney General (AG) on a matter that is in another country. The CS, Foreign Affairs has explained herself here, very well that, on 4th they will raise the issue. There will be a meeting in Tanzania to discuss the same. We should avoid duplicating the matter because the AG will not add any value. We cannot force Tanzania to do what they do not want to do."
