    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the Statement, it was clearly stated that investigations are going on and if anybody will be found culpable, necessary steps will be taken. As to the allegations that the police aggravated the situation, that is incorrect. According to the statement, when students started rioting, police reinforcement had come all the way from Kisumu to Maseno. Therefore, there was no time to arrest the situation when it started. That is the best I could do in answering my brother."
