The first two are similar, just to recognise and acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting members and staff from Vihiga County Assembly, Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. The County Assembly Members and staff are here on a two-day benchmarking visit with the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. I request each Member of the delegation to stand when called out so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition. They are: 1. Hon. Khalid Khamisi Balala Chair 2. Hon.
