    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity. I want to join you to welcome the two counties that are visiting us this afternoon; Vihiga and Kilifi counties. I am so happy that we are able to get counties releasing their staff and Members of the County Assembly to come and learn how things are done in this House. I am sure that they are going to give good services to the people they are taking care of. I wish them a fruitful stay in this City of Nairobi."
