    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. The Statement is on the drug haul at the Coast that continues to be a menace to this country. In the Statement, we would like to know the source of those drugs, who the owners are and, therefore, the barons of those drugs. The Minister should indicate how much of those drugs were seized. In addition to that, he should indicated how much of those drugs were brought to the court in Nairobi. Finally, why was the matter taken to court so quickly without proper or appropriate investigations?"
