    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to seek the guidance of the Chair. Some time back, Prof. Saitoti tabled a Report here which purportedly - or which allegedly - was given to him by Mr. Michael Ranneberger. Normally when a document is tabled in the House, hon. Members have access to that document through Room No.8. But, to my surprise and that of other hon. Members, that Report is not available in Room No.8. Every time we go to Room No.8, we are referred to the Office of the Clerk. We go to the Office of the Clerk and they tell us to go to Room No.8. That Report is missing in the House. It is not in Room No.8 and it is not in the Office of the Clerk. I am not sure how a document will vanish from Parliament, whether loss is intentional or by mistake. We need your help to be able to get this document to Members. I repeat that you have seen that Mr. Rannerberger has in public declared that his report has never been made public, meaning that the report that was tabled here by Prof. Saitoti could be doubted, and it is missing from the House. I seek your guidance on this."
