    "content": "Hon. Members, you are not observing Standing Order No.104. I wonder whether Members are in the House. I am drawing your attention to the fact that your own Standing Order No.104 reads as follows--- We are getting distracted. I appreciate that you could be caucusing or canvassing for something, but this is what your Standing Order No.104 says: “Except when passing to and from his or her seat or when speaking, every Member when in the Chamber shall be seated, and shall not at any time stand in any of the passages and gangways.” There are Members who have made a habit of when they are coming in they want to turn around and shake hands, and even embrace fellow Members. I want to begin administering this by getting rid of those of you who do not follow the Standing Order.
