    "content": "On the same line, this revenue was factored in as per the Budget expenditure and revenue which was passed by this House. This section requires the same thing I had mentioned earlier. If this House had the legitimacy to pass the Budget Estimates for the Executive, it is incumbent upon the Executive to implement the same. A Committee of this House, led by Hon. Langat, cannot use back door manoeuvres to deny the Executive the resources through an amendment."
