Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security on the Petition for the Removal of a Member of the National Police Service Commission, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday 22nd October 2015 and, in accordance with the provisions of Article 251(3) of the Constitution and Standing Order 230(5), finds that the Petition does disclose sufficient ground for the removal of Major (Rtd.) Muiu Shadrack Mutia as a Member of the National Police Service Commission. Hon. Speaker, on behalf of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and pursuant to the provision of Standing Order No.230, it is my pleasant privilege and honour to present to the House the Report of the Committee on the Petition by Mr. Simon Katee, on behalf of the Juhudi Committee Support Centre, seeking the removal of Major (Rtd.) Muiu Shadrack Mutia as a Commissioner of the National Police Service Commission (NPSC). The Petition was introduced to the House by the Speaker of the National Assembly, on behalf of Mr. Simon Katee and Juhudi Support Centre on Thursday, 8th October 2015, pursuant The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
