    "content": "The letter was delivered to the National Police Service Commission offices but was later returned to the National Assembly since the Commission had no means of getting in touch with the Commissioner. I would also like to confirm to the House that my clerk and I made an attempt to have him come, but he did not come to face the Committee, most probably on health grounds. Upon further follow up, the Committee contacted the Commission via phone and despite several attempts the Commissioner did not honour the invitation to appear before the Committee."
