    "content": "I wanted to recommend that the Committee needed to indicate the issues of benefits. This needed to be very clear as we move to the next step. Issues of benefits should be clearly indicated and clearly isolated. Issues like insurance for purposes of his continued treatment need to be looked at. There are some people who really need some of the packages for the retired officers, particularly those who are retiring or getting out of office when they are unwell. These are the areas we need to focus more on, sometimes even much more than when we retire, we are healthy and we are giving many benefits to those leaving office.
