Temporary Deputy Speaker, I seek your guidance on whether this House has turned into a tribunal itself to discuss the health status of the Commissioner while there is a letter here stating that his doctors declined to provide a medical report on his status to the Commission. Are we in order to discuss his health status or confirm the Commissioner’s health status when we do not have the capacity, as a House, to do so? I thought this matter should be settled through a tribunal where a medical expert will be called to explain."
