    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have the honour and privilege to serve in the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs under the chairmanship of Hon. Chepkong’a. I agree with what he has said. My point of order is this: When Hon. Jakoyo addressed you on the communication between him and the Executive; I thought the roles were reversed because that communication ought to have come from the Leader of the Majority Party. Are we now taking instructions from the Executive from this side of the House? We need direction."
