    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the reason I brought this letter is to show that this Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill is here in a controversial way. I do not want to say some things, but I will say them during the debate. It has issues. Now that we are being told that even the Report was not available, I want to plead with you, since we are going on recess, to stand this Bill down for debate when we come back and after we have looked at the Report. Just so that I can inform Members, on Tuesday in the House Business Committee (HBC), we spent a good part standing down a Bill because there was no report from a Committee. None other than the Leader of the Majority Party was so insistent and keen on the fact that no Bill should be discussed before a report is tabled.
