    "content": "More importantly, I expect that this Committee should be the eye of the House. You are really almost the Executive arm of the decisions of the House so that people who come here are summoned before Committees and they will make all manner of promises that they are going to do this or that. For example, they can say that they are going to ensure that there is grass planted on the streets or that they are going to build superhighways wherever. The Committees have done their work. Once those executives give those undertakings, it is for you now to take them head-on so that you can keep them on their toes. You can ask them: “You have promised to do this, how long do you want us to wait to see action?” I am not saying that they should start hiding or running away when they see Hon. (Ms) Soipan. But when they hear that the Committee on Implementation is calling them, they should be aware that things are not very good for them."
