    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I just want to highlight what you have just said about roads, especially the Thika Superhighway. The country heard you when you talked about what has been happening about the bumps. It is also good for the Committee to understand that we have lost hundreds of lives on Thika Superhighway. In the morning, there is heavy traffic jam on that road. Now that the country has heard you, the Committee should move very fast and check on that. Thank you for allowing me some time."
