    "content": "Clause 72 is also a good one. It says that any person extracting the oil must provide information and make reports on issues of taxes, environment and environmental impact. So, it is mandatory that a person must indicate the volumes of oil that is extracted. You must also give the information on the possible environmental impact. It goes ahead and sets penalties for offences if somebody does not give genuine information. If you give false information, that is criminalised."
