I want to take this opportunity, as I reply, to thank all the Members who have contributed to this very important Bill, the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Bill of 2015. We have taken note of most of the issues that have been raised and more so Kenya is like a plane that wants to take off and you cannot take off without enough fuel. If we embrace this Bill and use the law properly and implement it, certainly, Kenya is going places. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
