    "content": "The Committee on meeting major stakeholders that made submissions highlighted the issues of healthcare workers welfare. The Committee further noted that the Bill does not expressly address the foregoing issue, and was of the opinion that issues relating to healthcare workers ought to be addressed as much as possible through this Bill.
