    "content": "(f) KURA has been in continuous consultation with the county governments in respect to road works and preparation of the annual work plan as well as involving them in running the projects. KURA has also been assisting the county governments in designing and supervising road projects being undertaken by counties based on their requests. In regard to road construction and designs being carried out by KURA, county governments are the major stakeholders and they fully participate in the decision making process."
