I must also appreciate the efforts by the Deputy Majority Leader for giving us the information. My complaint had been that the Statement had been postponed twice when it appeared on the Order Paper. I wonder if there is El Nino or not. Mr. Speaker, Sir, what I wanted to talk about is the cost incurred by the Government to prepare for the El Nino rains. We would like to have the cost per county.
